Each 10' x 10' booth will come with:

• 2 chairs
• Lead generation scanner
• Power strip
• Wi-Fi 
  • Wired ethernet available for $250
• Black pipe and drape 

Additional booth equipment can be ordered through the Concord Convention Center. We will contact you closer to the conference with available equipment options and shipping information.

Ethernet connections will be provided as requested on the registration form.

Vendor booth locations are assigned in order of payment received for Gold and Silver vendors - you will have an opportunity to select your booth. Bronze booths will be assigned once all Gold and Silver sponsors have been selected.

Presentation information for Gold and Silver sponsors will be collected as we get closer to the conference. Stay tuned for details on this.

We understand that you may wish to host social events before, during, or after the conference. We absolutely encourage you to utilize the venue space to meet your needs, but we ask that you do not schedule events that conflict with our official social events. Ensuring your customers aren’t already committed to another event provides you with the best opportunity to connect with them. Furthermore, all of our vendors are welcome to join us at the social events included in our schedule!

Booth attendee names and email address details are requested no later than September 7th to prepare for their arrival at the conference.

• Gold sponsors: 4 attendees, including presenter
• Silver sponsors: 3 attendees, including presenter
• Bronze sponsors: 2 attendees

Additional booth participant / attendee badges cost $200 per person. Sharing a booth with another organization is not permitted. 

The individual who registered your company can edit and/or add booth attendees by logging back into the registration form or by contacting Marissa Winkler, winklerml@appstate.edu.

Our breakfast vendor door prizes on the morning of the final day is a UNC CAUSE tradition. As sponsors of the conference, we want to give you the opportunity to take part in this tradition. To take part, our vendors typically bring door prizes with them to the event and select winners from the names collected during the conference. UNC CAUSE Vendor Team can assist with this, if necessary.

Door prizes allow us to give back to attendees for helping us make the most of the conference as well as encourage them to frequent the vendor hall to see all of you. If you are speaking at the conference, you may consider offering door prizes to be given away during your presentation.

All vendors will receive a lead retrieval option with their sponsorship. 

For the privacy of our attendees, UNC CAUSE does not provide attendee registration data either pre or post-conference. Instead, we encourage vendors to actively engage with attendees in the vendor hall and at all social events, and make regular use of lead generation scanners to get the most value out of the conference.

• Gold sponsors can access "Learning Lounges" for product demos, hands-on interactions, or private meetings
• Spaces can be configured to accommodate up to 25 people.

• Upgrade includes 2 additional vendor attendees to manage both the lounge and the main booth.

• Additional catering or other needs coordinated with the Concord Convention Center.

Cost & Registration Details:

• Available as a $3,000 upcharge on top of the Gold tier sponsorship (totaling $12,000).
• Option selectable during vendor registration.

Guidelines & Compliance:

• Must adhere to UNC CAUSE policies (e.g., no alcohol, venue catering, scheduling to avoid direct conflicts with officially scheduled events) and be consistent with the spirit of higher education.

To ensure your logo looks its absolute best across all platforms (website, signage, presentations, etc.), we kindly request that you provide us with your logo in a vector file format.

Preferred file types include:

These file types allow us to resize your logo without any loss of quality or pixelation. If you do not provide a vector file of your logo we cannot guarantee that your logo will appear clearly across our communication platforms.

Please send your logo to conference-vendors@unccause.org to be published on our website and conference communications.

We must have you logo no later than September 1 for any conference printed materials.
